To keep things clear, here are our agreements with you:

1. Who we are

2. What we offer

We host: Coaching calls, workshops, and online courses. Quests and a subscription-based community. Retreats (including legal psilocybin truffle experiences, 18+ only) Books, art, and merchandise

3. Accounts & Membership

You’ll create your own account/login. Subscriptions renew automatically but can be cancelled anytime. One-time purchases (sessions, events, courses) are separate.

4. Refunds & Guarantees

Some services include a “results or money-back guarantee. ”If you bought multiple sessions, only the last used session is refundable if you weren’t satisfied. Retreats: Day events → refundable up to 72 hours before. Longer retreats → refundable up to 90 days before. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.

5. Community Guidelines

We thrive on sincerity and constructive participation. We encourage you to: Speak honestly and kindly. Receive feedback with openness. Support collective wellbeing. We may suspend or ban anyone who repeatedly disregards this spirit.

6. Safety & Responsibility

Everything you do here is voluntary. We do not provide medical, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals. Especially with psilocybin experiences: participation is at your own risk. You agree to be responsible for your wellbeing before, during, and after.

7. Your Creations & Our Content

Our courses, quests, books, logos, recordings, and materials are ours — please don’t copy or share them without permission. You’re free to share your own creations. By posting them here, you allow us to share them too (e.g. in testimonials, community archives, or recordings).

8. Privacy

We collect your data (name, email, payment info, etc.) and work with trusted third-party tools like Stripe, Webflow, and Google. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Ending Membership

You may leave at any time. We may also end access if needed (for misconduct, non-payment, or other reasons).

10. Disputes

We’re under Dutch law. Disputes should first go through mediation/arbitration. If unresolved, they’ll go to Dutch courts.11. Updates & Unforeseen Events. We may update these Terms at any time. If life throws unexpected curveballs (Force Majeure), we can’t be held responsible for disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Explorer’s Academy, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 88027015 and VAT number NL004523367B88 (“Provider,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or participating in any of our services, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide coaching, workshops, retreats (including legal psilocybin experiences, strictly 18+), quests, online courses, books, merchandise, and related offerings (“Services”).

2. Accounts & Access

1. Users must create an account to access certain Services.
2. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Users may cancel at any time.
3. Access may be revoked by us at our discretion, including for non-payment or misconduct.

3. Payments & Refunds

1. Payments are processed via Stripe.
2. Certain Services may include a “results or money-back guarantee.” For packages, this guarantee applies only to the most recent session used.
3. Event Refunds: Day events: cancellation eligible for refund up to 72 hours prior.Multi-day retreats: cancellation eligible for refund up to 90 days prior.
4. Deposits are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled by us.

4. User Conduct

1. Users shall act respectfully, constructively, and in alignment with community wellbeing.
2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for behavior inconsistent with this principle.

5. Disclaimers

1. All participation is voluntary and at the User’s sole risk.
2. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Users must consult relevant licensed professionals.
3. Psilocybin experiences: Users acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks, including physical, psychological, or emotional. A waiver of liability applies.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All materials provided (including courses, quests, books, logos, recordings, and merchandise) remain the property of Explorer’s Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.
2. By posting or submitting content, Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share such content for community or promotional purposes.

7. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We make use of third-party services including Webflow, Stripe, TidyCal, Riverside, Notion, Google Services, and others.

8. Termination

1. Users may terminate membership at any time.
2. We may terminate Services or access at any time, with or without cause.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
2. Parties will first seek to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration. Failing this, disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, or governmental actions.
